In case any student admitted during 2011-12 for MBBS wants to discontinue the course in the member colleges, the same will be subject to the following conditions:
Refund of the tution fees already paid will be after a deduction of Rs. 35,000/- for those who leave on or before 07-09-2011, and Rs. 70,000/- for those who leave between 7th and 23rd September. Those who leave after 23rd September will not be entitled to any refund and will also be liable to pay liquidated damages to the tune of the balance fees for the remaining period of the course.
